Design of automated storage system for machine building enterprise of Defense industry complex
Within the project were realized modern technical solutions in storage logistics, such as:
- Automated storage for billets, accessories and tools,
- Transporting equipment, allowing substantially decrease the amount of necessary equipment and increase productivity.
- At that, this system allows to collect automatically «order» from different storage sections at the request of warehouseman.
Specific features of this technical solution: connection of several premises in one common storage. Combination of conveyor and lifting systems, which work using intermediate collectors, allowing to regulate the work of the rest warehouse equipment and avoid down time of the storage.
At present this project is unique due to realization of address storage scheme at such difficult construction limitations.
