When choosing the equipment of Holding Company «STANKOINVEST» the Customer receives a complete service complex on installation, equipping, services.
Service Department of «STANKOINVEST» will perform all necessary activities, connected with equipment operation:
- Performance of machines routine maintenance, recommended by manufacturers,
- Diagnostics of current equipment condition and malfunctions, appearing during operation
- Timely reaction to malfunctions
- Consulting on elimination of technical faults.
- Design of a system, constantly providing machines with spare parts and tools
- Warranty maintenance (up to 12 months after the equipment start up)
- Post-warranty maintenance
Service engineers of our company have certificates of leading manufacturers of machines for operation and alignment.
Supplying system will allow performing quick and timely exchange of a damaged part that reduces the downtime to a minimum.
